The new Pharmacount 2-2 is the latest evolution in low volume electronic tablet counting. Combining proven technology and a microprocessor based control system, the Pharmacount 2-2 features two vibratory product feeders to transport tablets to the infrared counting system.
The counting system utilises the latest counting sensors with ‘onboard’ microprocessor for highest level of reliability and accuracy. The advanced technology on the low volume counting machine enables perfect scale up when transferring production to the higher volume systems.

The electronic counting system is designed to count and fill tablets into bottles with reliability and high accuracy at speeds up to 2,500 tablets per minute.
The Pharmacount 2-2 offers maximum versatility as the product feed system requires no change parts and is capable of packaging most tablet and capsule forms. If installed initially for manual low speed operation the system can be upgraded to include an automation package for semi / fully automatic operation. |

Containers are positioned manually on to the bottle platforms in rotation. Whilst one bottle is being filled the other filled bottle is removed and replaced with an empty one.
If automated the containers are fed via a conveyor, to the height adjustable mounted counting machine. Bottles are controlled and indexed by the pneumatic bottle gating system.
The gating system is capable of being operated as a single or twin fill operation depending on the product, the count and pack configuration.
The Pharmacount 2-2 microprocessor based control system features a membrane touch panel with large clear display for easy parameter changes by the operator.
The system stores simple set up profiles for products by type, general shape and size including count, pre-count and speed parameters.
Constructed in a stainless steel enclosure the Pharmacount 2-2 is designed to be bench mounted. The two tablet feed systems, the bottle platforms and the control panel are all mounted into the single fabricated enclosure and are mounted on four rubber anti vibration feet.
All contact parts are manufactured in FDA / MCA approved materials and relevant certification is supplied in the documentation package.
