The product is controlled while a rotation of 360° is showing all the parts of the containers. Before the control a section of sterile air blowing nozzles helps the cleaning of containers.
AZZURRA can be integrated with a cleaning sections of sprying with steril water and disinfectant, only sterile water, and drying with pressured sterile air. The loading /unloading of the containers is manual, but an automatic feeding can be included, directly from customer line.
The vision system is based on the most updated PLC technology. Operator panel with Touch screen. Easy access for maintenance. Stainless steel execution AISI304, CE and NSF compliant.
