Clean in place systems are available as an optional extra with any of the Borgo fillers, or stand alone to be used with existing fillers you may already have. The Borgo CIP system is delivered complete with automated controls that allow you to pre-program cleaning cycles suitable for each of your products.
Pumps, automatic valves and even a detergent pump can be programmed in any number of flush, rinse or re-circulate modes. Manifolds are available to connect to all sizes and styles of nozzles to catch product during the cleaning process.
Typical cleaning cycles last 30 minutes, however actual times are subject to the nature of the products and your standard operating procedures. Our engineers will be pleased to take a look at your application, and cleaning requirements to determine whether a CIP system would be appropriate for you.
