Rotary Flow-Meter Filler and Capper Monoblock Flow meter fillers rely on a magnetic field being disrupted as a conductive liquid is passed through it. Borgo has carefully tested the flow-meters and created analogies that allow Borgo to calculate the exact volume of product passing through the flow meter based on the disruption of the magnetic field.
When the precise fill volume is reached, the nozzle valves close producing fill volumes within +/- 1/2% of the intended fill volume. There is no product overflow, no pumps to wash out and yet each container is filled to the required volume, not level.
Borgo Flow-Meter fillers feature the same excellent construction as all of the other Borgo fillers, with easy to use controls, quick changeover features, and secure safety guarding.
Monoblocks are the ideal solution for filling and capping small to medium scale production (up to 250 bpm or 15,000 bph). Easy to commission, use and maintain, Borgo Monoblocks are produced in various models depending on the liquid and container to be filled, and the cap (closure) required.

Bottle blower and air rinsing turrets can also be added to any monoblock to form Tri-blocks for cleaning, filling and capping, all in one compact frame.
