Monoblocks are the ideal solution for filling and capping small to medium scale production (up to 250 bpm or 15,000 bph). Easy to commission, use and maintain, Borgo Monoblocks are produced in various models depending on the liquid and container to be filled, and the cap (closure) required. Bottle blower and air rinsing turrets can also be added to any monoblock to form Tri-blocks for cleaning, filling and capping, all in one compact frame.

  • All electrics are installed in an IP65 enclosure mounted inside the machine, availble for remote mounting as well.
