| Polaris Inline Piston Fillers are designed to automatically fill a wide range of free-flowing liquids into glass or plastic containers automatically.
These Inline Fillers feature heavy duty mechanical drives with optional pneumatic drives for explosion-proof environments.
Dispensing cylinders of various sizes are available to suit containers from a few milliliters up to several liters (quarts).
Product is metered through the pistons, which are fully adjustable from maximum fill down to 10 percent of the displacement volume. Ball check valves efficiently meter product from bulk hoppers into the piston and out to the filling nozzles.
A wide range of filling nozzles are available to suit container necks, as are bottle indexing systems, neck clamps to ensure the proper centralization of each container, etc.
The Imaco Inline Fillers come complete with a conveyor section ready for integration into an existing line, or can be equipped with a motorized drive and variable speed control.
Additional machines available include Automatic Cappers, Labelers, and Infeed and Accumulating Turntables, allowing us to supply turnkey solutions for your needs.
