| The Polaris "PD" Heavy Duty Inline Filling Machine has been designed to be a heavy duty solution when filling thick products with or without particles. It is equally suitable for creams, gels, cosmetic and chemical products.
Liquid is dispensed by positive displacement cylinders. Liquid is controlled through rotary valves, which allow the passage of thick products and particles without restriction.
"PD" Fillers can be equipped with 2, 4, 6, or 12 filling heads, depending on the output required.
Fill volumes are fully adjustable and dispensing cylinders can be interchanged when a wide range of fill volumes are required.
Filling nozzles feature full dive for drip- and splash-free filling, and the machine includes a standard conveyor section, ready for integration with any existing line.
