Rotary Isobaric Filler and Capper Monoblock
Filling of carbonated beverages has never been easier than now with the new Isobaric filler from Borgo.

Carbonated product is held in the overhead pressurized tank.

Specially designed nozzles seal the container neck open, allowing an internal vent piped from the pressurized overhead tank to be opened. Once the pressure in the container equalizes with that in the tank, a second internal valve in the nozzle opens allowing the carbonated beverage to flow into the container as if both is, and the container were at normal atmospheric pressure.

When the container is full, the fluid stops flowing, the product valve closes, pressure is released, an the container passed onto the capping head for screw or ROPP capping.

Quick change container handling change parts allow the Borgo Isobaric Filler to handle a wide range of containers quickly and efficiently.

Monoblocks are the ideal solution for filling and capping small to medium scale production (up to 250 bpm or 15,000 bph). Easy to commission, use and maintain, Borgo Monoblocks are produced in various models depending on the liquid and container to be filled, and the cap (closure) required. Bottle blower and air rinsing turrets can also be added to any monoblock to form Tri-blocks for cleaning, filling and capping, all in one compact frame.
