L.S. Monoblocks are the ideal solution for rinsing, filling and capping of any free flowing product. Easy to commission, use and maintain, L.S. monoblocks are configured for each specific application depending on the liquid and container to be filled, output speeds required and is rinsing is required.
Standard features on all L.S. Monoblocks and Tri-blocks include:
- Rugged, reliable construction.
- Stainless steel construction including solid welded chassis precision machined and fully clad in stainless.
- Interlocked safety guards of stainless steel and Lexan® allow complete access for easy cleaning and change over in accordance with European CE standards.
- All mechanisms are all mechanically operated for reliability and long life.
- Allen Bradley or Siemens controllers and HMI’s are available on request.
- Multiple capping turrets can be installed on a single machine speeds changeover on different styles of caps (i.e. ROPP and CT).
- Infeed screw, star, main star, and exit starwheels precisely align each bottle. They are built for quick change over.
- All self monitoring sensors are included: No Bottle/ No Cap, Back Up/Machine Stop, No Cap/ No Torque, No cap in chute/ Machine Stop, Bottle Jam/Machine Stop, etc.
- All electrics are installed in an IP65 enclosure mounted inside the machine, available for remote mounting as well.
- Conveyor section included for ease of integration with any line.
- Cap feeders are available to suit any cap style.
