Introducing Net weight filling from Borgo. Our latest development is the ideal solution for soft sided
containers, irregular volume or weight containers, or when specific label claims for fill weight must be met.
Using a precise load cell mounted under each container, product flow (by gravity or light pressure assist) is automatically shut of when the preset fill weight is reached. To maximize fill speed without compromising accuracy a revolutionary new system had to be perfected that allows Borgo to fill the containers at full speed, without the turbulence of the liquid entering the bottle interfering with the accuracy of the load cell.

Only when the required fill volume is approached does the full sensitivity of the load cell kick in.
The unique fill heads of the Borgo also ensure a drip free fill without ever contacting the container neck. This is ideal for sanitary filling applications, and especially when glass containers are being filled and anychance of glass breakage due to the nozzle contacting the neck finish has been eliminated.

Monoblocks are the ideal solution for filling and capping small to medium scale production (up to 250 bpm or 15,000 bph). Easy to commission, use and maintain, Borgo Monoblocks are produced in various models depending on the liquid and container to be filled, and the cap (closure) required. Bottle blower and air rinsing turrets can also be added to any monoblock to form Tri-blocks for cleaning, filling and capping, all in one compact frame.

- All electrics are installed in an IP65 enclosure mounted inside the machine, availble for remote mounting as well.
