Pallaypack to Introduce New Tablet Counter and Monoblock
At Pack Expo Booth #6432
Monday, August 2, 2010 – Montreal based PallayPack will be exhibiting their range of machinery at booth #6432 during the upcoming Pack Expo Chicago Show. Premiering at this event, will be the VersaBlock monoblock liquid filling system and the VitaCount-60 Tablet Counter.
The New VersaBlock is a full featured automatic monoblock for filling, plugging and pick and place capping of any kind of small bottles and vials, at an entry level price. Ideal for applications where volumes have exceeded what can be done manually but budget is limited, the VersaBlock operates at speeds up to 40 bottles per minute and can accommodate a wide range of containers.
The New VitaCount range of tablet and capsule counters are manufactured in England and incorporate the same counting system as found on our high speed counters, which includes Windows® based touch screen controls. Ensuring accuracy and speed at an affordable price, the VitaCount is particularly well suited for large products and large counts, and will improve the quality on any existing packaging line.
Also on display will be a syringe filling system, tube filler and a vial filling machine with IPC (In Process Control).
