New Accessibility Features Improve Accuracy
The PharmaCount 12-2 / 24-4 systems represent the evolution in electronic tablet counting combining proven product feed technology with the latest in electronic controls for speeds up to 140 bottles per minute in a cGMP machine. The new design allows the front trays to be removed to quickly access the count eyes and new stainless steel count block, without having to remove all the trays in the machine. This feature facilitates cleaning with dusty tablets.
Features such as twelve or twenty-four linear vibratory product feed tracks and high speed infrared sensors scanning at 34,000 times per second, are responsible for high accuracy counting of all tablets and capsules including transparent soft and hard gelatine capsules.
The robust mechanical design utilizes a double bottle filling system to optimize bottle feed rates while improving accuracy. Complete tear down with fewer contact parts simplifies cleaning and reduces cross contamination. The effective dust extraction system eliminates dust early in the process.
Touchscreen HMI controls are available with standard security access codes or full 21 CFR 11 compliant login and authorization.
