Rota FLR fully automatic vial fillers and cappers are available in a range of sizes, from small single index high speed inline models, each of which can be configured with to suit a wide range of containers and closures.
All models feature central starwheel indexing systems, which transport the containers under the required filling heads (1,2,4,6,8 etc.), closure placement and closure sealing stations.
FLR machines are suitable for glass vials, plastic containers, rubber stoppers, orifice reducers, droppers, screw caps, crimp caps, pipettes, and stoppers. The standard well proven design is easy to change over and reliable.

- FLR50: 1 or 2 fill heads, inline cap pickup, cap torquing, single index.
- FLR60: 3 fill heads, closure pick and place system with torquing, single index.
- FLR100: 2 fill heads, dual pick and place system for screw or ROPP cap, dual index.
- FLR150: 3 filling heads.
- FLR 200: 4 fill heads, inline closure pick up, dual index (fill/stopper only, max. 22mm dia. vial).
- FLR 300: Inline machine, 6 fill heads, 2-4 closure stations (fill/stopper only, max. 22mm dia. vial).
- FLR400: 8 filling heads.
