- PMK-1000-S shown. Larger, smaller and custom built models are also available.
- Models are available in stainless steel or coated construction (white).
- Safety guarding per CE regulations included as standard.
- Adjustable from 10-26 cycles per minute.
- Quick change seal bar suitable for a wide range of materials and material thickness 1.5 - 4.5 mil (0.04mm-0.12mm), and seal temperatures typically 180 - 250 C ( 350 - 482F).
- Easily adjustable for a wide range of product configurations. Maximum film width is 18" (450mm) on the PMK 1000, and 25" (650mm) on the PMK-1000. Maximum roll diameter 12" (300mm), core size 3-4" (80-100mm).
- Can be configured to suit any infeed and discharge orientation.
- Mitsubishi® PLC and Norgren® pneumatics, Omron® temperature controllers are included as standard.
- Elecrical components are UL certified.
- Fully insulated tunnel with variable settings controls.
- Cooling fan (used at exit of tunnel)
- Stacker available for multilevel bundles.

 |
|
- Arenco bundlers are available to handle a wide range of products.
- Products can arrive pre-collated or accessories added for automatic collation.
- The simplest infeed systems take product arriving single file on a conveyor, (4ft infeed conveyor included).
- Product is pushed sideways at 90º into the bundler. By setting the machine to make multiple sideways pushes before completing a bundle, bundles of 2X3, 3X4, 4X6, etc. are efficiently configured.
- Product stackers are also available for multi-layered product configurations.
- Product hold down is included as standard to ensure a tight package that remains square.
