Rejves cappers are of the highest quality, featuring stainless steel construction (including corrosion protected, stainless steel clad base), internationally available commercial components such as SMC pneumatics and SICK and Omron sensors. All machines are manufactured in accordance with CE regulations, including fully interlocked safety guards.
Rejves pump and trigger cappers are available in models from 3 to 16 heads, suitable for outputs from 50 BPM to 300 BPM.
Rejves machines all include heavy-duty drives, manufactured from a combination of sealed bearings and composite materials that are self-lubricating. These gears require only periodic inspection, once per year.
PICK & PLACE cap feed precisely delivers pump and trigger caps to the capping head.
Press-on pump and trigger caps can be handled with dedicated capping heads which also secures containersin place and supports the container necks with mechanically activated grippers.
