New to the Borgo line-up is the Volumetric Filler range of products. Ideal for products with particles,
viscous products, containers with irregular volumes, positive displacement filling is fast an efficient.
Built on the same base as the rest of the Borgo fillers, the volumetric filler features positive displacement pumps with pneumatically actuated rotary valves to control the product flow in and out of the precise volumetric cylinder. A servo driven fill cam is fully adjustable, allowing the fill volume to be adjusted during set up while the filler is in motion.
Monoblocks are the ideal solution for filling and capping small to medium scale production (up to 250 bpm or 15,000 bph). Easy to commission, use and maintain, Borgo Monoblocks are produced in various models depending on the liquid and container to be filled, and the cap (closure) required. Bottle blower and air rinsing turrets can also be added to any monoblock to form Tri-blocks for cleaning, filling and capping, all in one compact frame.

Main drive includes self lubricating steel and resin mixed gears, with airtight self-lubricating bearings.
All self monitoring sensors are included: No Bottle/ No Cap, Back Up/Machine Stop, No Cap/ No Torque, No cap in chute/ Machine Stop, Bottle Jam/Machine Stop, etc.
All electrics are installed in an IP65 enclosure mounted inside the machine, availble for remote mounting as well.
Conveyor section included for ease of integration with any line.
